FLOWOFKANBAN engages a limited number of trusted third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to deliver and support the Platform. Each sub-processor is bound by contractual obligations to protect data in a manner consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. We do not authorize any sub-processor to use your data for its own independent purposes.
This list is reviewed and updated regularly. We will provide notice of material changes — including the addition of new sub-processors — via email to the address on file or through an in-Platform notification at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the new sub-processor begins processing data, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Cloud Infrastructure & Hosting
Services that host the Platform application, database, and runtime infrastructure.

What Data Each Sub-Processor Accesses
Base44 / Wix Cloud
Processes all categories of data (Account, Licensee, Technical, Billing metadata) as the primary hosting and database provider.
Stripe
Processes billing and payment data only (name, email, billing address, payment card details). Does not access Licensee Data.
Resend
Processes email address and email content for transactional messages. Does not access Licensee Data.
Google Workspace (Mail Forwarding)
Processes inbound email content and sender information for inquiries sent to @oandpadvisoryservices.com addresses. Does not access Licensee Data stored in the Platform.
Google Fonts
May log IP address and request metadata when delivering web fonts. Does not access Account, Licensee, or Billing data.
